How Accountforme collects, uses, stores and protects personal data — both the data of people who contact us, and the personal data contained in client records we process on our clients' behalf.

1. Who we are

2. Two different roles
We act as a data controller for the personal data of website visitors, enquirers and candidates. We act as a data processor for personal data contained within client accounting records, processed strictly on documented instructions under a Data Processing Agreement.
3. What we collect
Website and enquiry data: name, work email, company, phone, role, market, and anything you type into a form. Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited. Client processing data: whatever is contained in the accounting records you instruct us to process, which typically includes employee payroll data and customer and supplier contact details.
4. Legal basis

5. How long we keep it
