Fixed monthly fees. Published rates.
You shouldn't have to sit through a discovery call to find out roughly what this costs. Indicative rates are below; your written quote follows a 30-minute scoping call and doesn't move afterwards.

Two-week pilot
One entity or one process, billed at 50% of the equivalent monthly rate. Walk away at the end with no notice period and no fee.

Pricing questions
Why is the dedicated-team rate lower than hiring locally by so much?
Salary arbitrage between delivery locations and your market does most of it, and shared supervision, training and infrastructure do the rest. It is not achieved by using less-qualified people — our senior accountants are CA, CPA or ACCA qualified. If a provider's rate looks dramatically below this table, ask who is actually doing the work and who reviews it.
Are there set-up or onboarding fees?
No. Scoping, SOP documentation, system access setup and the parallel-run period are included. The only thing you pay before steady state is the pilot fee, and that is credited against your first full month if you continue.
How do you handle volume spikes mid-contract?
Managed back-office tiers include a 20% volume headroom before a band review. Beyond that we discuss and agree a revised band in writing — we don't retro-bill. Dedicated-team engagements flex by adding part-time equivalents with 15 days' notice.
What are the payment terms?
Monthly in advance, 14-day terms, by bank transfer or card. Invoiced in USD, GBP, AUD or CAD as you prefer. No annual prepayment required and no auto-escalation clause.
Let's size your first engagement
A 30-minute call, a written scope, and a fixed monthly price. No obligation, no procurement process, and a two-week paid pilot before you commit to anything longer.
